Wishing you a happy Valentine’s Day!
Here are four easy ways spiritual entrepreneurs can show our customers we love and appreciate them on Valentine’s Day – or any day.
Added on at the end of the list is one technique that – despite its popularity with many online marketers – can turn off some customers. I’ll explain why and what to do instead.
Let’s start with the easy four. They can be used individually or in any combination:
- Send an appreciative email. (What? You don’t have your customers’ email addresses? We need to talk.)
- If you’re organized enough (I wasn’t, at least not this year), send them personally addressed cards, e-cards or a post card.
- If you see them in person, give them a gift, even a small one. My hair stylist gives out shampoo and conditioner sample bottles tied in red ribbons when I see her near Valentine’s Day or in December.
